Daughter of Former Hizbullah Leader Hassan Nasrallah: I Would Sacrifice My Son as a Martyr

Zainab Nasrallah, daughter of former Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in September 2025, said in a January 12, 2026 episode of Dalia Dagher’s podcast on YouTube that she would sacrifice her son as a martyr, adding that if he dies on this path with honor and glory it would make the family proud. When asked whether other Lebanese sects – Christians, Druze, or Sunnis – have agreed to make such sacrifices, she said that these groups were part of the resistance and made sacrifices in the past, but that today she was referring specifically to the Shiites.
